The Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® have awarded the Website Quality Certification (WQC) to one of Charlotte’s leading real estate companies, Dickens-Mitchener & Associates. This award is presented to companies with websites that employ "best practices" in website design and Internet communications. The WQC was introduced in 2009 to recognize and encourage superior websites among Leading Real Estate Companies of the World's 600 member firms. Dickens-Mitchener is one of only 64 member firms to earn this prestigious designation.
In order to receive this recognition as an online industry leader the company’s website was thoroughly reviewed and tested in eight key areas. These areas are; standard compliance and cross-browser compatibility, functionality and HTML quality, creativity/graphic design and website content, overall website usability, human interactivity/Web 2.0 elements, customer service and client respect, search engine optimization strategy, and benchmarked results and monetization.
