The Flying Bridge team is composed of talented web developers, web designers, strategy consultants and project managers who are dedicated to creating and maintaining the highest level of design and function. Our team works together closely; a strength which is quickly understood with a single visit to our office. The company’s leadership, including the president, vice president, creative director, and senior developer have worked together for over a decade on a multitude of projects ranging from small websites to global marketing initiatives. Leadership Team

Michael O. Kelly, President

Michael is an N.C. State grad and a former U.S. Navy Surface Warfare Officer. He has served as Flying Bridge’s president and majority owner since its inception. His role is to lead the company and provide consulting to its clients, especially for application development projects and niche service areas including assessment systems for the U.S. military.

Ken Randall, Vice President

Ken has over 25 years of experience in business and technology consulting for enterprise business process development, program/project management and commercial application software development. His undergraduate from Ohio Institute of Technology and graduate work from UNC-Greensboro, along with his wide range of professional background, has prepared him for our company’s strategic growth and structure. His expertise across multiple disciplines including telecommunications, manufacturing, financial services and brand/product development makes him a valuable asset to your team.

Maggie Hyde, Project Manager and Consultant

Maggie is a graduate of Brock University in Ontario, Canada. Although she is one of the younger members of our team, Maggie has quickly demonstrated an impressive ability to manage a multitude of projects while providing ideas for innovation and responding to new business opportunities.

Warren D. Yorick, Production Director

Warren is a graduate of UNC-Charlotte and a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard. He began his role as our most senior coder and web database developer with over ten years of experience at Flying Bridge. He excelled into a new role as our Production Director with full force as managing our production members and formulizing our development process. He also leads the company’s website hosting services and provides direction for the firm’s internal IT and general facility needs.

Mathew B. Benson, Creative Director

Matt is a graduate of Northern Illinois University and the leader of FBT’s design and animation efforts for more than a decade. He has amazing talents in the design of interfaces, advanced animations and interactive features, coding, illustration, and much more.
