Dickens Mitchener & Associates is one of Charlotte, NC’s best known residential real estate agencies. With a huge number of listings, realtor, mortgage, construction, and relocation information, Dickens Mitchener needed a vast multi-tiered outlet into which the agency could display and utilize its resources to the advantage of their clients. It needed to be well-organized, user friendly, and easy to maintain.
DickensMitchener.com is integrated with Carolina Multiple Listing Services (CMLS), an online service allowing local realtors to share information on current listings on their website. Each listing provides photos of the property and a map of the property location. The Dickens Mitchener blog was integrated into the homepage to provide the latest company news and announcements. The site also features a large section detailing the biography of each Dickens Mitchener agent, searchable by last name, and randomly featuring three agents on the main “Our Agents” page. All listings and features are managed by administrators through dickensmitchener.com’s administration area.
