Newberry College

Project requirements

Newberry College required a site with the ability to attract prospective students to the college, while keeping current students, faculty, and alumni informed and active in school affairs. The site needed to convey the spirit of the school and be alive with current news articles, sports results, pictures, and other items of information useful to the school community. In order to be an effective marketing tool the site also needed to provide an overview of campus features, and a way for prospective students to contact the college.

Project solutions

Flying Bridge created a home page with ample room for Newberry to post news and events articles, a rotating picture gallery, and a template design with a look and feel displaying the ambience and identity of the college. Flying Bridge also created an online application process, 360 degree photo tours, a discussion board, and additional resources for both current and prospective community members. To help Newberry College manage its online content, process applications, and monitor discussion topics an online administration area was developed giving the school the ability to instantly edit site content.
