The initial Flying bridge-developed TRLawing.com won an award praising their property comparison feature as an innovative feature that helped to move the industry to a stronger and more comprehensive online presence. With this award setting the bar, FBT went into the next TRLawing.com redesign knowing we had to put our very best ideas to the test to help our client maintain their status as a leading example of the online real estate company. The newest version of the website utilizes a similar comparison feature. Users can create and manage a list of rentals they are interested that provides them with complete and concise details in an easy to read format.

Along with the updated comparison feature, FBT helped the client to develop an extensive search feature that allows users to locate rentals in 4 ways: Search by criteria, Search by address, Search by MLS Area, and Search by map. All search results from any of the four available methods will return a detailed list of properties for viewing and comparison. Additionally, the search results are plotted on an interactive map for a visual representation of where the properties are located. The new website also offers TR Lawing tenants and clients the ability to manage their financial transactions with the company securely and instantaneously via the website’s E-pay section.
