We are referral based
We’ve grown from a company of one by this one simple rule: earn the right for continued business and natural referrals due to the excitement of our clients for the work we do. Some companies call their sales force “consultants” to make them sound less like sales people. Our consultants are truly experienced advisors who naturally sell as a result of performing well for our clients. The leaders of the company continue as the primary consultants mentoring others whose time is mostly spent serving our customers.
We don’t believe in serving a vertical market
We find shops that specialize in a niche industry do so for their own profit margin; not for the benefit of their customer. Flying Bridge wants its customer to be the best in their market; not compete with them by building sites for their competitors.
We believe in the power of a true team
It’s tempting in this day and age to outsource development to less expensive overseas shops. However, the savings in personnel costs typically are countered by hidden expenses and a finished product that isn’t quite as good. Plus, simply put, we place a high value on providing full time employment and opportunities for talented, hard working team members.
